Citizens Bank of Kansas “CBK Heatwave” Promotion
1. Sponsor
This promotion is sponsored by Citizens Bank of Kansas (“Sponsor”), 1033 N. Buckner, Derby, Kansas 67037.
2. Promotion Period
The CBK Heatwave promotion begins at 9:00:01 AM Central Time (“CT”) on September 4, 2026 and ends at 5:00:01 PM CT on September 4, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
All entries must be received within the Promotion Period.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Citizens Bank of Kansas, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or household member) are not eligible to participate or win.
Void where prohibited by law.
4. Prize
Ten (10) Blackstone™ griddles will be awarded.
Each participating Citizens Bank of Kansas branch (excluding Derby High School and Circle High School branch locations) will award one (1) prize to one randomly selected winner from all eligible entries associated with that branch.
Approximate retail value of each prize will be determined at the time of award. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize.
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
5. How to Enter
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or account opening will not increase the chances of winning.
Eligible participants may enter using either of the following methods during the Promotion Period:
A. Account Opening Entry (Optional Method)
Eligible individuals who open a Totally Free Checking Account during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) entry into the applicable branch drawing.
Online account openings and in-branch account openings are treated equally for entry purposes. Entry is automatically recorded upon successful account opening during the Promotion Period.
B. In-Branch Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
Eligible participants may enter by completing an official entry form available at participating Citizens Bank of Kansas branches during normal business hours within the Promotion Period.
Completed entry forms must be submitted to branch staff no later than 5:00:01 PM CT on September 4, 2026.
6. Entry Limits
There is no limit to the number of entries an eligible participant may submit during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method, provided each entry is completed in accordance with these Official Rules.
7. Winner Selection
One (1) winner per participating branch will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for that branch.
Drawings will be conducted on or about September 8, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each branch.
8. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by phone, email, or mail using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
Sponsor is not responsible for missed, incomplete, or undeliverable notifications.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, fails to respond within a reasonable time period, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
10. Release
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Citizens Bank of Kansas, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for administration of the promotion unless otherwise disclosed in the Bank’s privacy notice.
12. Governing Law
This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Kansas and applicable federal law.
