Where can I get a User Guide? 

We will post searchable User Guides for personal and business users on this page as soon as they are available. 

From what email address will email alerts regarding CBK Digital Banking come? 

The sender email address is notify@myebanking.net. Here’s an example: 

What about text messages? 

Verification text messages will come from a non-telephone number short code, usually a five- or six-digit number. Here’s an example: 

I do not have a smart phone to get an authentication code. What do I do?

You can receive a call on your land line to authenticate your identity.

My browser doesn’t support the new system - what should I do?

The Digital Banking system works best on Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. We are working to optimize the system for all browsers.

My deposit says it is pending, is that available to me?  

Transactions that state pending are the same as memo posted on the previous system. You have access to the amount of funds shown as pending.

I received a message that there is an "unresolved" message. What does that mean?


This is our Digital Banking Messaging Center. Messages you have not read will be marked "unresolved". Click on this message to read the information. You can close the message by clicking the "X" in the upper right hand corner. Messages you send to the Digital Banking team will also appear here.

Will Quickbooks still work with the new Digital Banking system?  What about Quicken and Mint?
