Brenda Knipfer joined Verus Bank (now CBK) in 2006 and has over 30 years of experience in residential lending.  In that time, she has cultivated a loyal following of customers who rely on Brenda for her residential lending expertise and vast knowledge of the loan products.  Customers say they appreciate Brenda’s honesty and willingness to get the loan done on time.  After growing up in Butler County, she moved to the Derby area and has been here for over 25 years.  Brenda specializes in all areas of mortgage lending including programs such as FHA, VA, Rural Development, First Time Homebuyer Grants, and Conventional loans.  In her spare time, Brenda enjoys spending time with her husband cheering their son Ryan as he finishes out his college baseball career, and rooting for the Derby Panthers, Kansas City Chiefs, and her alma mater K-State Wildcats!
